WHAT ARE YOU SEEING FOR THE YEAR 2024?

                                                     HADASSAH MINISTRY

Dear Saints,

“What are you seeing for the year 2024?”

Every week I receive prayer requests from people who need prayer for different things. And I pass it on to the people on my email lists and ask them to pray.  What if you could write the solution to your problem!  Take a piece of paper and write at the top :-

This is what I see for the year 2024.

You are going to write a future for yourself. Instead of hoping that God will answer your prayer and not being sure if He is going to come through for you. I want you to decree your future. God has already answered your prayer, it has not manifested because;

1. You are not in the will of God with your request

2. You do not have the faith to believe God for the answer.

3. You really do not know what you want God to do.

Prayer plus faith will produce what you need, so this is to help you build your faith for your miracle. “I Want You to Write a Large Future” this is what God is saying to us this week, write something new, a fresh script for your life. “This is your assignment. I want you to write a large future – a future that may seem presumptive at first.” I give you permission to presume on My goodness. Write like a person who has discovered My love for the first time. I want you to write in excitement without punctuation. I want your writing to be breathless with anticipation and expectation – a writing that flows from an increasing excitement at what might be. “I promised in My Word to give you the desires of your heart. I instructed David to write the words, ‘Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart.’ I am telling you to delight yourself in Me as you write and I will give you the desires of your heart. “As you write, your inspiration will come from the increasing level of your delight in Me. Write as a lover would write from the depths of a shared passion. Write from your delight in Me and let your passion for Me fuel your text.”

God has provided us with prophetic paper, pen and ink. He wants us to believe He is comfortable with His children writing out a new future as He watches. Our delighting in the Lord protects what will be written. Our heart’s desire is purified when we first delight in Him. Our delighting in God mustprecede our desire for a new future if our desire is to remainpure.

Pick up the pen and begin to write:

• Write a new future for your family.
• Write a new future for your health.
• Write a new future for your church.
• Write a new future for your finances.
• Write a new future for your nation.
• Write a new future for your dream.
• Write a new future for your ministry.
• Write a new future for your city.

Write! Write! Write with a delight in God’s goodness. The words you write will invite the promises of God to come and join the text of your future. This new script will become the story of a new chapter in your life that is about to unfold in 2024. Have fun this week, and please share if you want to would love to hear what the Lord did for you, remember it is the year of the open door; write that door open.

God has once again given me Habbakuk 2 about writing the vision, I have been waiting for a long time for the vision, but God says, be patient it will come. You see many of us want God to do something ‘suddenly’ we do not want to wait, but the reason we have to wait sometimes, is because God has to do a work in us. Esther had to go through a year of cleansing to be ready to be Queen.

Some assignments need special circumstances and we need to have cleansing of our hearts to be pure and ready for the task. I know there is a vision that I will write about and run with, but God has to prepare me for the task. That is why sometimes He gives you a prophetic word and you wait years before suddenly it comes to pass. Only God can see the future and know the right time to bring it to pass. But some things we can decree and make it happen. Just be sure that it is in the will of God, we have authority on the earth.

A friend’s husband wanted to start a business but needed the right vehicle. Every day after work, he went into the parking lot and thanked the Lord for the vehicle, and then pretended to park the van in the parking space. After a week of decreeing this he received a call from a friend who gave him a van.

I needed a place to stay after I ran away from an assignment and God told me to come back and finish my assignment, my friend handed me her apartment keys and told me to open the door to my place. I took the keys and pretended to unlock the door and thanked the Lord for the place, the following week I visited a friend and she gave me a number to call. I phoned and a place to rent was available. I had no money for the rent but by faith I booked the place, I phoned my husband and he told me he had just landed a new job and would send me the money.

Go ahead and write out your future by faith and see what God will do for you. He is faithful and always ready to bless us.

Shalom.

Catharina.

HOW TO GROW IN DIVINE REVELATION

                                                     HADASSAH MINISTRY

Dear Saints,

How to Grow in Divine Revelation

By  James W. Goll

God desires that everyone comes to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:4). So let’s look at 12 powerful principles that will help you continue to grow in the spirit of revelation (Ephesians 1:17-19) as a prophetic lifestyle. These concepts can also apply to families, congregations, denominations, cities and nations:

Research Your Foundations

Asking great questions leads to finding great answers. Probe into the roots of your heritage with questions like: What is my family’s history, ethnic background, religious heritage and so on? Who were the founders of my city, nation or church? What were their goals, visions, purposes and origins?

Researching your foundations can help you know how to build properly and what potential opportunities may exist for personal growth and development. Study to show yourself approved!

Research the question: What does my name mean? Then redemptively turn your name into a promise as a tool of discovering your prophetic destiny. Claim your generational inheritance and call forth blessing. Remember, the power of a blessing is greater than the power of a curse.

Pick Up the Baton

Not all promises have to be received directly by you or by your generation. Receive the inheritance of those who have gone before. Daniel 9:2 shows an example of receiving the baton of promise from a previous generation – given in Jeremiah 29:10: “When seventy years have been completed for Babylon, I will visit you and fulfill My good word to you, to bring you back to this place.” What are the unfulfilled promises that have gone before you? Research them, pick them up and seize them for your life and generation.

Gain Insight from Others

Particular gifts of the Spirit such as the discerning of spirits, the word of knowledge and the gift of prophecy are very valuable here. They will assist you in determining specific points the Lord wants you to know as you seek to grow in revelation. Reach out to trusted intercessors and find out what they are discerning. What are the current-day revelatory promises? What are trusted prophetic voices saying?

Walk in Unity and Accountability

Each person needs to walk in a committed relationship with a local expression of the Body of Christ. This will greatly assist you as you grow in your specific destiny. What are your authorities saying? Are you walking in unity and counsel with others? We must each find confirmation, wisdom and counsel through the safety net of walking circumspectly with others.

Kneel on the Promises

Don’t Downgrade; Take the confirmed, authentic promises of God in scripture and remind Him of His word: “On your walls, O Jerusalem, I have appointed watchmen; all day and all night they will never keep silent. You who remind the Lord, take no rest for yourselves; and give Him no rest until He establishes and makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth”

(Isaiah 62:6–7). Pray these precious promises into being. Humbly yet boldly lay hold of God, and do not let Him go until you see His Kingdom come, His will be done on earth (and in your life) as it is in heaven. Give birth to these promises, for Jesus’ sake.

Proclaim the Promises

We are not called just to discern darkness; we are called to turn on the light. One of the powerful ways of doing this is through the power of proclamation. We can join praise with prayer and pronounce “to the rulers and the authorities in the heavenly places” (Ephesians 3:10) that the power of the blessing is greater than the power of the curse. By announcing God’s word, we release individual and corporate declarations of the will of God. Watch faith ignite and destinies unfold.

Act in the Opposite Spirit

There is nothing that stops growth more quickly than the poison of bitterness, resentment, and unforgiveness. When hurt or wronged in any way, forgive. Forgiveness is letting your desire for justice go because you trust the God of justice to make things right in His way and His time. One way to respond when this happens is to act in the opposite spirit. What does this mean? If the enemy tempts you to hate, then sow deeds of love, forgiveness and kindness. Turn the tables on the enemy by doing the servant works of a disciple of Jesus Christ.

Write it Down

Habakkuk 2:2 gives us the details and reason for doing this: “Record the vision and inscribe it on tablets, that the one who reads it may run.” Writing down God’s promise ensures that it will be kept before your eyes and properly passed on to the next generation.

Step Out

Nothing takes the place of stepping out of your comfort zone and onto the end of your personal limb. Remember that faith is always spelled r-i-s-k. We must formulate practical plans of implementation, wait on God, get His mind and timing on the matter—and then get up and go, obey and step out.

Some people need to hear words like wait, listen, pray, and slow down. Others need words like get up, get going, rise up and do something. Eventually we must add works, or corresponding actions, to our faith (James 2:14–26). So in order to grow and seize your prophetic destiny, step out.

Pursue God

Growth takes time and patience. We are programmed in our culture to expect instant results, so we must set our minds and hearts toward persistence and perseverance. Our prophetic destinies lie in knowing the God who designed them. Give yourself wholeheartedly to the pursuit of knowing Him in all His fullness; then He will surely reveal who He has created you to be in the midst of your pursuit. Our goal is not the plan, but the Man, Christ Jesus.

Understand the Nature of the Prophetic

Knowledge is not our primary goal; prophetic revelations are signposts pointing the way to the One who is the answer. We want more than information; we want intimacy with God! Here are some related guidelines.

    •   Few words are declarations that something will automatically come into being. Most words are invitations to respond to God with conditions that must first be met.

    •   Few prophetic words are immediate, “now” words. Most help us in the process of growth and becoming.

    •   Few prophetic words get us out of a dilemma. They are used to shed light, comfort and encourage us to continue on. There are no shortcuts with God!

    •   Focus not on the promise but on the God who promised. Direct your faith onto the God of the Word. When our faith is misplaced, it produces fantasy and unreal expectations.

    •   Realize the clarity and cost equation. What God counts as significant will often arouse great opposition from the enemy. Paul was warned repeatedly of how much he would suffer for Christ’s sake. Every promise contains a cost.

    •   Give room for “time lapse.” As most words are invitations toward an end, there is a duration of time in between while the person is being prepared for the promise that is on the way.

Prepare yourself, hold Fast to What Is Good

Moving in the spirit of revelation and the prophetic is well worth the journey, even though there are valleys along the way. Great benefit will come as we cultivate the character we need to carry the revelatory gifts. “I, the prisoner of the Lord, implore you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which you have been called.” (Ephesians 4:1) 1 Thessalonians 5:21 urges us to “examine everything carefully; hold fast to that which is good.”

Prayer for Increase

Father God, thank you for the revelatory grace on my life. What a wonderful gift. You are the gift! In any areas where I have stopped growing, I ask that You would initiate new growth again. Lord Jesus, I want to continue to grow in genuine prophetic ministry representing Your glorious image and the testimony of Jesus. Empower me to walk worthy of the calling with which I’ve been called. I choose to forget what lies behind, reaching forward to what lies ahead and pressing on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. I’m holding fast to what is good, Jesus—You! Amen.

Shalom.

“WHAT NEWS1”

                                                     HADASSAH MINISTRY

Dear Saints,

                                                         “What news?”

I hear from people from different churches, that the church is dead. The Charismatic movement has become as mundane as the nominal churches; it is all about the “Program”.  They are set in a pattern. We are trained to be spectators. So we go to church to hear the “man”, and follow his program. Praise and Worship, announcements, the message, and then we go home. Is this what the Acts 2 church was like? My friend told me just the other day, she is so tired of the programs. Read what Nehemiah felt, I am stirred in my spirit to pray for the church, which by the way is you, it is not a building. The Acts 2 church was held in living rooms, run by families, not as Constantine did, by taking over occultic temples and using them as churches.

What News?

That was the question Nehemiah asked. “Whose report will you believe?” How and what we listen to is just as important as what we see and say.  We should be listening carefully for how the Kingdom is advancing as well as the state of the Church in our region. Is the message you are receiving true? Is the messenger faithful? Can you hear faith and reality in what they are sharing with you?  Even if they have a message that reveals a situation like ‘Jerusalem is in ruins’, do you find yourself stirred in your spirit to pray?  If the prayer of faith comes forth, your emotions are responding to the Spirit of God and not your own desire and mercy.

Nehemiah was told that the holy city and holy seed were all in ruin. He was told that the wall of Jerusalem and the gates of the city were in ruins. He was informed that his people were in poverty and slavery. He could conclude that they were easy prey for the enemy. This scenario reminds me of many of our homes and cities. Most of our “Jerusalem’s” have defects and broken down places. There are many breaches that need repairing. Many of us feel like Nehemiah when we see the condition of our land and the nation we dwell in.  We feel like weeping, rending our hearts, and mourning.

Weeping is a necessary emotion. What has caused you to weep lately? – A person?  – A loved one?  –  A circumstance?  – The overwhelming multiple problems all around you? –  A loss?  -A missed opportunity? – A failure? – An unjust situation in your life?  -A wayward child? –  An unjust abuse in the landscape of society?  Over how dissatisfied you are in life, yourself, or those around you?

Or may I ask – has anything touched your heart and caused you to weep?  Weeping is a valid expression of what we are feeling inside our soul. Jesus wept when Lazarus died. I really think this emotion was linked with the unbelief of the people. He wept when He saw that Jerusalem was not going to turn from the captivity of sin and would miss its visitation. Jesus wept. you can weep. It is valid. Your heart needs this expression. Ask the Lord one more question: “Is my heart soft and expressive to the nudges of the Spirit that will produce a new compassion?”  Weeping endures for a night, but joy will come again. Let weeping proceed the joy that is on your horizon! Weep, get up, and like Nehemiah, gain vision to rebuild what needs to be rebuilt!

Would love feedback from you on what makes you weep.

Shalom.
